Window-based UFMC technique for 5G systems

In this paper, we investigate the universal filtered multi-carrier system (UFMC) for 5G and subsequent connections with aid of MATLAB package. It can be considered that UFMC technology provides an advantage against inter-symbol interference (ISI) as well inter-carrier (ICI) low latency. The proposed is simulated analyzed in terms error rates, complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF), peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR), vector magnitude (EVM). more specific, paper shows a comparison two systems, one Dolph-Chebyshev filter other Kaiser filter. Obtained results indicate performance quite better than Dolph-Chebyshev. employed place UFMC-based Dolph -Chebyshev to achieve spectral energy also prevent leakage spectra. obtained show enhancement EVM density (PSD) criteria, e.g., enhances by almost 0.2%. Furthermore, contrast applying window UFMC, help decrease PAPR UFMC.
